We Started Here Because

We’ve Been Here

HomeLife wasn't built in a boardroom. It was built in the quiet, difficult spaces that families know well: the late nights, the hard conversations, the moments of watching someone you love need more than you can give alone.

Three Experiences.

One Purpose.

Our Story

Scott and Mandy, the founders of HomeLife, came to elder and companion care not through a business plan, but through life. Between them, they have walked alongside a grandmother through her final years, supported a close friend facing a stage 4 diagnosis, and cared deeply for someone navigating the slow, disorienting progression of advanced dementia.

Each of those relationships taught them something different. Together, they revealed a truth they couldn't ignore: the families who need care the most are often the ones least served by impersonal, transactional agencies. They founded HomeLife to change that.

Care is Personal

Everything flows from that.

The right match matters

We take caregiver matching seriously. Compatibility — in personality, communication style, and shared interests — is as important as qualifications. We don't place caregivers. We introduce people.

Families are part of the care

We keep you informed, involved, and supported. Regular communication isn't an extra — it's part of the relationship we build with every family we serve.

Dementia deserves expertise

Memory care requires a different kind of attentiveness. Our caregivers are trained in person-centered dementia care, and we continually invest in that expertise.

Dignity is non-negotiable

Every individual we serve has a full life behind them and preferences that deserve to be honored. We approach care with humility, patience, and deep respect.

“Every family we serve is a reminder of why we do this work.”
